Q. What does this last line in AutoPIPE Log file mean: INITAP: Setup configuration file.?


Answer:

At this stage the program is trying to read autoplan.cnf file from the appdata folder. If there is a problem with reading this file, AutoPIPE will crash with no warning. 

Suggest using steps below to reset the user's profile:

      1. Delete folder the following locations:
        1. Remove "AutoPIPE xxx" folder from "%programdata%\Bentley\"
        2. Remove "AutoPIPE xxx" folder from "%appdata%\Bentley\"
      2. ***Very Important*** Reboot the computer!
      3. Restart the computer, log into connection client, and try to use AutoPIPE. 

This should have resolved the issue.
