Problem:

The following was found when opening a APC file in AutoPIPE:

why and how to avoid the issue

Solution:

This message was only reported one by one user and was attributed to an invalid *.APC file. 

Test if *.APC file can be opened by AutoPIPE:

1. 1. 1. Open the folder location where the *.APC file is located. 
      2. Copy the *.APC file to a different folder.
      3. Open the new folder location where the *.APC file was copied too.
      4. Rename the file extension from *.APC to *.ZIP. 
      5. Extract the *.ZIP file. 
      6. Open the extracted folder and view the files. 

Question: Does the folder include a *.DAT file or a *.DAT file with one or more of the files listed below:

Answer:

If No, this is not a valid AutoPIPE *.APC file and cannot be opened by AutoPIPE

If Yes, there may be an issue with the file, please log a new technical support case and send the *.APC File for review.
