Sensor data with wrong time steps

If sensor time series data appears in WaterSight with the right values but at the wrong time steps, check the TimeZone field that was defined for the sensors in Admin >> Sensors. The time zone defined there needs to be the same time zone for which the values in the database or origin are referred to (which in some cases might differ from the time zone of the region/digital twin). If there are doubts, check the values directly in the origin/data source and compare with those displayed in WaterSight.

Patterns are offset in relation to sensor data

Patterns are automatically calculated by the solution for each sensor and zone and are represented in the graphs as grey bands. It is important to make sure that the right time zone for the digital twin is defined under  Administration >> Settings  >> Global so that the patterns can be set with the correct time zone
