Are you looking at the System input volumes and suspect that the volumes are not correct?
The first thing is to check the 15 min zone flow data. Go to the Network Monitoring dashboard >> Graphs >> and select the zone of interest to enter in the graph details. Once in the zone graph, make sure to select the 15 min interval and in the calendar select the right month (example below).
As the system input volume will be calculated based on the integration along time of every 15 minute value, make sure to check that:
For the first case, if inflows or outflows are not correctly defined go to admin >> zones and update the zone balance. After that make sure to click on the recompute button located above the table.
Excluding specific periods from the water balance calculation
For the second case, if a zone had invalid data for a specific period that should not be considered for the system input volume calculation of the zone (for example one of the sensors that belongs to the zone failed or registered wrong values or there was a temporary zone boundary change or supply to other zones), it is possible for the solution to ignore that period and use the pattern value instead for the same period. For that a manual event should be created for that period and zone and categorized as meter failure, and then the user should go to admin >> zones and click on the recompute button located above the table.
The full details steps are mentioned in the Water Balance Diagram article, under the section "Ignoring Specific Periods for the SIV calculation".
