Could you please advise if there is any option in SACS that is equivalent to the method used in Wajac?

Can SACS calculate Cdm for members that are NOT nearly vertical (more than 15 degrees from vertical)?

SACS uses DNV RP-C205 6.7.1.5 for C_DS calculation which is roughly the same as Wajac uses:

Users have the option of entering CD and CM value on CDM lines and then using REYFAC line to scale them for different Reynolds number. They can also override these using member and group overload cards.

 

SACS calculates drag coefficients for all members, however it only calculates wake encounter for members that are almost vertical (within 15 degrees) if you enter, WE or WD.
