No, there is not an automated checkbox that one can set that will automatically enter the licensing information in an AutoPIPE report. 

However, Yes, this information can be manually added. There are a few options to add such customize text into an AutoPIPE report:

Option #1:

Insert Customize text into into "Model Description", for each file. Model Description information is printed on the 3rd page of the report whenever the "Include Description" option is enabled on the report. 

Option #2:

Insert Customize text into into "Model Description", for each file. Model Description information is printed on the 3rd page of the report whenever the "Include Description" option is enabled on the report. Archive the file as an AutoPIPE APC file. Recall the file when starting a model and saved to a new folder. This way any settings and configurations are all preset before starting a model. Similar to an MS Word Template file. 

Option #3:

Manually customize AutoPIPE's word reports with information and use that whenever printing reports.
