Problem:

What are the units for thermal expansion?

Solution:

Whenever you select a field on a dialog, the units are always shown in lower righthand corner of the application screen, refer to new user interface WIKI here.

However, when selecting a value in the input grids or results grids, see the units at the top of the column. But, in rare cases 1 column may function with duel purposes. When this occurs, best to review the help information on grids.

Another key piece of information, the units are clearly spelled out in the model's units file selected on the General Model Options dialog. Open the Units file see line 24. "Thermal expansion". So all depends on your units files selected on your general model options dialog and the title on line 24.

Example, for English units file, default = in / 100 ft.
