How to Set Role-Based Access (RBAC)?

Role-Based Access Control allows Admin to set module permissions (also task/folder level permissions) to contacts based on their role. To set permissions for a user:

• In the Contacts Module, go to Permissions and select the contact. Click the (···) next to the contact on the far right and choose Edit.
• The contact details will appear under User Details. If the contact does not have user credentials, select IMS User, add the username, and choose a base role from the dropdown menu.
• Assign the module permissions for the user on the right side under Edit Permissions. Note: Provide module-level permissions first, followed by project-level permissions.
• Once RBAC for the contact is set, click Save.
