Enhancing Collaboration and Connectivity: Bentley Communities Upgrade Effective April 25, 2024


To enhance your digital experience and offer a centralized hub for users to connect with each other and Bentley product experts around the globe, we're pleased to announce Bentley Communities will move to its new home in ServiceNow on April 25, 2024. With the launch of the new Bentley Communities, users will have a convenient one-stop destination to ask questions, find answers, stay up-to-date with all Bentley changes, and submit a Case through the Bentley Support Portal, eliminating the need to navigate through multiple platforms.

Once the new Bentley Communities goes live, your profile details, badges, and rank will be seamlessly transferred, guaranteeing uninterrupted access to the same Communities.

By migrating Bentley Communities to ServiceNow, you can access all the support resources you need in one place and enjoy a more streamlined Community experience. Users can ask questions in forums, search the external knowledge base, or open a Case in Bentley Support portal. 

The migration will include your points, badges, and Community subscriptions. You will be able to see them in your community profile in ServiceNow.  

Your bookmarks and links will temporarily automatically redirect to our new site until June 30, 2024. To avoid losing your saved links, we suggest you update you bookmarks and links prior to June 30.   

If you already have a Bentley Communities account, then you don't need to register again. However, you will have to agree to the new Terms and Conditions when signing into the ServiceNow Community.
