Improvements for Cloud-hosted 4D project through SYNCHRO Control

Reduced performance issues when Windows is under a scan - in previous versions, programs like antivirus software might cause slowness while users were working on Control projects. Fixes are now in place to prevent noticeable slowness.

Improvements on textures and other materials conversions – In some cases textures and 3D entity colors are now converted properly between Control projects and 4D Pro.

Continue to improve near real-time collaboration experience –

Less wait when opening the project and downloading incoming transactions; wait time has been greatly reduced.
Animation conversion improvements – In some cases animations in 4D Pro were not matching animations in Control projects but are now synced.
Preparation for incremental sync on iModel-first projects – Incremental sync will greatly improve synchronization time from iModel, and this version is fully accustomed to supporting it.
Reduced constant popups of the reconnect dialog – to prevent the reconnect dialog from prompting and requiring users to manually clean up the project cache.

4.	Replaced Oracle's Java Runtime Environment with OpenJDK.
5.	Introduced new unit: Diameter Inch.
6.	Drastically improved performance of the User Fields dialog.
7.	Asta PowerProject improvement - Bar name from Asta is now imported as a Task user field for improved interoperability; and separate from Task Names.

4.	Introduced extra option for alternative IFC import (geometry only).

7.	P6 import assigns unique Code Value names within the parent values.
8.	Increased resource identifier limit from 20 to 40 characters.
