In Design Review, there are many tools that help you navigate the model. There are some simple button clicks to navigate. You can navigate across, into and back out from any element within the model. This navigation can be controlled by the mouse and keyboard shortcuts.

Allows user to click on the cube and rotate. The cube and the 3D model will rotate around the center of the 3D view window. Selecting one of the View cubes options (Front, Back, Top, Bottom, Left, Right) sets the camera to show the scene from the selected option. |

Basic Navigation of the Model
Design Review is an immersive model visualization application. In this section you will learn about the different tools we have for interacting with the virtual environment.
The basic navigation tools within iTwin Design Review are located at the top right of the screen.

| Rotate About Point |
Rotate the view about a user defined pivot point. |
| Pan View | Pan around the model by clicking and dragging the view to a different location. Middle Mouse button + drag can also be used to pan. | |
| Fit View |
Fit all of the visible model elements within the view. | |
| Window Area | Zoom into a user defined windowed area. | |
| View Previous | Return to the previous view. | |
| View Next |
Undo the 'View Previous' command to return to the original view. | |
| Search Address |
Type in an address, ziip or postal code. | |
| View Cube |
Interactive cube to adjust the view of the model. Click on the faces, edges and corners of the cube to move the camera to the specified view. Click and drag on the cube to rotate the model. | |
| Set Up Walk Camera |
Define a floor position and a direction for the camera. | |
| Walk | Enter Walk mode to walk through the model. | |
| Camera On/Off | Toggle the camera between perspective view and isometric view. |
The basic navigation tools are located at the top right of the screen. Navigation tools helps to control the model in every aspect, such as Pan View, Rotate, Fit view, Walk mode, Zoom in/out, Camera, and so on. There is also an Interactive Cube which lets you adjust the view of the model by clicking on the faces, edges and corners of the cube to move the camera to the specified view.
Several mouse and keyboard shortcuts are also available to more quickly navigate the model without needing to change the selected tool.
