Within the Chart Manager, you can Add, Edit or Delete charts. It is accessed via the Charts icon on the System Ribbon in Template Studio. Please see here for more information on Charts.

Each Configuration Pack has its own chart manager and all charts in it can be added to any applicable report within the configuration pack (typically Project Sheets or Header Sheets).   The chart is not saved with the template, and therefore, there are no Project level chart options available.
