Onboarding Session One - Launcher


 

The Launcher is the main starting point of OpenGround. You will be able to access Professional plus any of the extensions including Template Studio.

Updates

As OpenGround is a platform that is being actively developed we will release updates. These updates look like a grey update button. You don't need admin rights to install these updates. This will always mean you are running the latest version of the applications. We will release bug fixes as well as new features.

OpenGround Portal Apps

From the Launcher you can access the Admin Portal and Web Portal. The Web Portal is a basic application that allows for view locations on a map, importing data, generating logs, and viewing documents attached to a location. The Admin Portal is where Collector Profiles are created, modified, and managed.  

How to get help

There are a number of ways to get help. From the Launcher you can select the question mark in the top right corner which will take you to the main Wiki landing page.
