Problem:

When updating cross sections, the names of the sets are displaying as weird characters or Chinese letters.

Solution:

This occurs when trying to open cross section sets that are created from an older version of the product.  To resolve this issue, perform the Graphics Translator under File > Translators > Graphics Translator (it may need to be added through the Application Add-Ins).  This translates the cross section sets and the names are read correctly in English.
