I am trying to store a station equation and would like to equate the PC of a curve to an ahead station. When I use the Key-In command.
STORE EQN CHA Mainline pc Curve1 = STA 15+00
Cogo says that there is an invalid point name. I thought that I did not need a point name when using a PC point.
Even though you are equating a known point such as PC of a curve the command still needs a new point name just incase it needs to insert a point as in a situation where you are storing an equation along a tangent. So the Key-In syntax will need a new point name at the end of the command line.
STORE EQN CHA Mainline pc Curve1 = STA 15+00 P10
This occurs in GEOPAK 08.11.09.674 and older
