Question :

When trying to install Bentley Rail Track on the system that already has InRoads installed, unable to get BRT loaded.

Answer :

When InRoads Suite is installed, you can access Bentley Rail Track as well without a separate BRT installation. For this, you can start Microstation standalone, and go to "Applications > InRoads Group > Activate Rail Track".

If you don't have the "Applications" menu when you start Microstation, follow the steps below to load the option:

1. Create a new text document at C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)MicroStation\config\system.

2. Name the file LoadInRoads.cfg and say Yes if it prompts you to change the extension.

3.Then open that textfile and copy in the following:    Load_InRoads_SS2=1
