Question:

How to show Admin is in the customize tool box in the pulldown on the top left ?

        

Answer:

Two Methods: 

1. You would need to add the DGNLIB into the variable MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST and then open the DGNLIB directly. Please refer attached the snapshots for your reference.

Location: C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition\OpenRoadsDesigner\Default\gui\en

Second Method:

1. Create a new.cfg file ( for example: Michael.cfg) into C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition\OpenRoadsDesigner\config\appl.
Add _USTN_CAPABILITY > +CAPABILITY_UI_ALWAYSSHOWADMINWORKFLOW then launch OpenRoads Designer.
