How do I vertically offset text in OpenRoads SignCAD?

Answer: Object spacing is used to vertically offset text.  If the top object spacing on LOOSE and the bottom object spacing on GRAVEL are equal, then there is no vertical offset. To achieve the specified vertical offset of 2.25” (F-G) for this sign, set the top object spacing on LOOSE to 0 and the bottom spacing on GRAVEL to 2.25 as shown below.
