Purpose
This report allows live monitoring of Capped Virtuoso entitlements. It does not show all Virtuoso entitlements, only those indicated as capped in Entitlement Management.
Non Virtuoso desktop application usage is shown in Real time Application Usage report.
Roles
Users with at least one of the following roles are able to access the report:
- Account Admin
- Co-Administrator
- CONNECT Services Admin
- Custom Enterprise Role
Access
- Go to the Subscription Analytics
- Click on the Realtime Virtuoso Usage icon or select Realtime Virtuoso Usage from the side menu.
Layout
The report is regularly refreshed and the latest refresh timestamp is shown at the top of the page. Usage remains in the report for 3 minutes after the application was closed.
Realtime Capped Virtuoso Usage shows a sum of all owned capped Virtuoso entitlements and indicates how many are currently in use. Current License Usage visual shows what percentage of owned capped virtuoso entitlements are in use.
Additional details are listed in a table at the bottom of the page. The table shows all capped virtuoso entitlements being used at the moment and who are using them: application, virtuoso ID, assigned user, email, and machine name. By default it shows all Capped Virtuoso entitlements in use, but there are selectors at the top to see only checked out or only actively used Capped Virtuoso entitlements.
Additionally there is a filter at the top right of the report that allows filtering by product or user's username, machine name, email. Filters affect visuals and details table.
