File not open, Error (0x10B)

Question:

When I attempt to open a dgndb I get the an "File not open, Error (0x10B)" error. How do I resolve this?

Answer:

We believe this error occurs because of OneDrive or IT security policies that are modifying the dgndb file after the file is synched to the OneDrive cloud. To resolve the issue please put the files in a directory this is NOT managed by OneDrive.
