Answer:

You can import bitmap (*.bmp) images into OpenRoads SignCAD. You can also paste an image into OpenRoads SignCAD from your clipboard. 

Here are instructions for importing a bitmap image into OpenRoads SignCAD:

1) To import a bitmap image into OpenRoads SignCAD, pick File>Import.

2) In the Import dialog, set Files of type to Image files (*.bmp), select the image file and press Open.

3) Save the file with the imported image.

Here are instructions for how to paste images into OpenRoads SignCAD:

1) Open the image in Paint or another program that can open images.

2) Select the image.

3) Copy the image to the clipboard.

4) Paste the image into OpenRoads SignCAD (Edit>Paste).

5) Save the file.
