With OpenRoads 2023 version you have to manually download LumenRT from our official download website 

For more detailed instruction follow the below steps 

When Installing OpenRoads Designer 2023 click on Configure
 


Then it will ask you to download the LumenRT from the official website 



You can go the the download link and download Bentley LumenRT Designer
