My Work is where all the work items (RFIs, Issues etc.) assigned to the logged-in user can be found. These can be viewed in multiple views (Table view, Calendar view, Map view, Model view).

In My Work, Table (Grid) view can be set by selecting Table from the upper right corner.

- To Filter the grid information, hover over the column header, and select the Filter icon. This will activate a text box where a value can be entered.
- To Sort the grid information, hover over the column header and select the arrow icon. This will alphabetically sort ascending or descending based on the direction the arrow is pointing.
- Columns can be added or removed by selecting the icon on the far right side of the column header to display the following dialog:

To display columns in the grid, move them from the Available properties to Selected properties and Save.
Likewise, to remove properties from the grid, move them to the Available properties section.
Important: Tables now allow all form properties to be shown as columns, removing previous limitations.
Calendar View
Calendar View shows all Tasks assigned to the user in an interactive Calendar. Tasks will be displayed in the calendar on the date they are due.

- The calendar can be viewed by Day or Month. The arrows can be used to navigate to the next or previous Day/Month. Select Today to jump to the current date on the calendar.
- Forms can be opened in the right panel from the grid below the calendar.
- The grid is accessible and resizable in Calendar View, along with its capabilities, including adding and removing columns, sorting, and filtering.
Map View

The Map view shows the location of the project on a map. Any Form that has been assigned a geographical location will have an icon with its position on the map. By hovering the mouse over the Icon, the Form info will pop up, and users can access the Form information by selecting the ID number. The Map view is extremely useful for horizontal projects, i.e., highway projects.

- Task Icon shows the geographical location the form has been tagged to. By hovering over the Icon, the Form info will pop up, and can access the Form by selecting the information box.

The top left indicator identifies if the task is Overdue.
The top right indicator identifies the Priority of the task.
- Plan set (if overlayed) is indicated by the yellow outline, and a label will appear when you hover over the plan set, indicating the Name and the Revision of the sheet.
- Information Box will appear when you hover over the task icon. Select the Information box to open the right-panel view displaying all the form information.
- Search allows you to search on the map.
- Zoom allows you to zoom in or out as needed.
- Navigate to my location will pinpoint your location on the map.
- Toggle layer control tool opens a drop-down with the different layer options.
- Satellite, when turned on, will show satellite imagery, and when turned off, will show a traditional map view. You can also toggle the transparency for a preferred view.
- PDF Plan Set is based on the Discipline assigned to the plan set, which can be used to create multiple PDF or Blueprint layers from the Plan set saved in the project Documents section.
- Project Boundary turns the orange boundary around the project on and off.
- Forms allow you to toggle on or off available form types – Daily Logs, Inspections, Issues, RFIs.
- Weather is a cool feature that contains Radar, Precipitation, Temperature, and Wind Speed conditions for the next 7 hours.
- Search Results turns the search results on and off.
