When using the ArcGIS integrated version of WaterGEMS or SewerGEMS 2023 or 2024, what version of ArcGIS Pro is recommended?
Or... I am experiencing an issue with keystrokes not registering in the ArcGIS Pro integrated platform.
We recommend that users update to ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2.
There is a bug in earlier versions of ArcGIS Pro that causes keystrokes to be ignored when using WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS specific docking windows (such as when trying to enter values using the Property-Grid, or trying to rename Scenarios or Alternatives, etc).
WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS can still be used in earlier versions of ArcGIS Pro, but may be more difficult to work with. If you encounter this issue but are not able to update at this time, one workaround is to copy text from elsewhere and paste it into the field instead of typing.
Note that ArcGIS Pro 3.3 is not certified with WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS 2023 or 2024. If you must use ArcGIS Pro 3.3, please be sure to use WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS version 24.00.00.25 or greater, for some important fixes related to this specific version.
