Depuis Mai 2014, Bentley utilise une nouvelle méthode de téléchargement des logiciels Bentley's en utilisant une page Web appelé Software Fulfillment (ci-dessous).

Comment arriver dans cette page?:

Utiliser la procédure suivante:

Etape #1: Entrer dans le site Bentley

1. Ouvrir le site Web http://selectservices.bentley.com/en-US/

A. Choisir "Support & Services"

B. Choisir "Support"

C. Choisir “Software Downloads”

D. S'identifier.

Note: Si vous n'avez pas d'identifiant, merci de contacter votre administrateur local Bentley qui vous guidera pour obtenir les informations nécessaires et les droits d'accès.

Etape #2: Télécharger AutoPIPE Vessel V8i

La page suivante est affichée:

Si ce n'est pas la cas, utilizer le lien suivant ici.

Si le problème persiste, utiliser l'ancienne méthode avec le lien suivant ici .

Etape #3:

Dans le champ de recherche, entrer: "AutoPIPE Vessel" appuyer sur "Entrée"

Choisir les paramètres suivants:

Product Line = Plant Design

Brand = AutoPIPE

Generation = V8i

Release Type = Commercial

Etape #4:

Quelque soit le choix d'AutoPIPE Vessel (British, Euro, French, German, Russian, USA, Enterprise).que vous sélectionnez, le programme complet est installé. C'est le type de licence qui permettra l'utilisation complete ou limité à certains types et codes. Choisir "AutoPIPE Vessel:

Choisir le lien marqué "All Downloads" dans "AutoPIPE Vessel" pour obtenir la liste des versions disponibles à télécharger.

Choisir la version à télécharger (classement de la plus récente à la plus ancienne disponible).

En fin de ligne, cliquer sur l'icone verte pour commencer le téléchargement.

Note:

1. Quelque soit la version choisie, la procédure de téléchargement reste la même. Si, en fin de ligne, aucune possibilité de téléchargement n'existe, entrer un Service Request pour obtenir vos droits de téléchargement.

1. 1. Contacter votre administrateur Bentley pour mettre à jour vos droits d'accès: information ici
  2. Contacter votre Responsable de compte pour mettre à jour votre profil utilisateur
  3. Contacter Bentley BRC pour un supplément d'aide (qui est votre administrateur et Responsbla de compte?)

2. Il n'est pas nécessaire de télécharger un autre logiciel pour installer AutoPIPE Vessel sur votre ordinateur.

Etape #5:

Lire le "SELECTservices Online Legal Terms of Use". Accepter les en pressant le bouton “Accept”.

Le programme peut maintenant être téléchargé:

Avec Internet Explorer:

A box will appear at the bottom of the screen, press the "Save" drop down listing and select "Save-As", and save the file to your desk top or other folder location.

Note: the file name above may-not be the same, this name will mirror the version selected for download.

Using Google Chrome

A box will appear at the bottom of the screen, where the application is automatically being downloaded. press the drop down indicator on the right and select "Show in Folder" to locate the software being downloaded.

Download is complete:

After the download has been completed, run the program to start the install process.

Note: Sometimes users are unable to download software from Bentley SELECTservices website by clicking on the link ‘Download’. Here are the steps which should help:

i. Turn off a pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer by going to Tools-> Pop-up Blocker -> Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

ii. Add www.bentley.com to Trusted Sites in IE by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Sites

iii. Change a security level for this webpage to Low in IE by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Custom level… and change drop down list to Low.
