1. Create new 2D dgn
2. Attach terrain dgn as a reference
3. Use the merge to master command  How to Merge into Master  
4. Use drop element command on the terrain graphics
5. 

**You might have to run step 4 more than once if you need to simplify the graphics into individual line strings.
