How to change the location of the radius symbol?

Problem

How to change the location of the radius symbol so that it is in the front and not behind the actual radius.

Solution

Element > Dimension Styles > Tools Settings > Radius > Set the prefix to the radius symbol and then the R will be in the front as opposed to behind it.
