How to export Multiple terrain models to a single LandXML file without creating complex terrain model.

Answer: 

This can be done using the Export to LandXML tool available in the Geotechnical Workflow. Using this tool multiple terrain models can be exported into the single LandXML file. 

and at the time of importing the LandXML, User can select which terrain models they want to import. 

Select the Geotechnical workflow > 3D modeling > Export to the LandXML.
