Problem

When the custom interface is loaded, the toolbars do not completely show up. For example, one might only see 3 out of 6 tools and can't expand the box to see them. When using the default interface, it works fine.

If the ustn.r01 file is deleted (thus a new one is created) everything works.

Solution

It is believed that the ustn.r01 file was copied over from Microstation J. The file has been recreated and every thing is working correctly now.
