Problem Description

When inserting or moving symbols, movement does not seem to obey the grid snap spacing, it seems to be restricted to some unseen grid. Toggling Grid Lock or changing the grid spacing has no effect.

Steps to Resolve

This behavior can occur when Unit Lock is enabled.

1. Click the small padlock icon at the bottom of the application.
   
2. If Unit in the pop up has a check mark next to it, click it to clear the check mark.
