The program crashes with an exception log showing the following:

"Exception : This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms."

To resolve the issue one needs to open the Local Group Policy Editor and Disable the FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standards).

You may need to take IT help if you don't have access to the Local Group Policy Editor

• Edit OBD/OBM files you may have open on the machine
• Open Control Panel and search for "Edit Group Policy" and open the Policy Editor

• Navigate to Security Options as shown below and disable "System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing and signing" as shown below:

•  Open OBM again and try placing the substructure components again.
