Solar light or Solar Study is not producing the correct lighting. It seems to be an hour off.

Solution

Possible Reason:

The locale in the world may or may not be observing Daylight time for the time entered.

Solution:

Check what time observance the locale is following and set MicroStation's solar time value to the correct value (Daylight or Standard).
