PROBLEM

Google Earth picture in OpenRoads Designer cannot be set. After saving coordinates from Google Earth and setting the placemarker to ORD - "Sync Google Earth view" doesn't work and still there is no Google Earth picture attached.

SOLUTION

Several times downloading one of the latest available Google Earth, only for 32-bit helped https://support.google.com/earth/answer/168344?hl=en&vid=0-733537076869-1519400498015.
