The user should try some basic options found on the printing dialog:

-print just a minimum like the project data.

-print using non-enhanced format.

-print on screen.

-print on file.

-make sure the problem computer is running a 64 bit operating system (see screen shot below).

-let the IT person log on that computer with his/her own credentials and try printing the minimum.

-re-install the latest version of the program.

Taking those actions may help narrow down the problem.

 

Programs and operating systems have limitations regarding the amount of printing you can attempt at one time.

Limiting the amount of printing is the main workaround we can suggest.

Try also printing on screen and on file.
