Some states prefer to use Concrete Encased Pile Cap Bents. There is no specific category in OBM currently for modeling these specifically.

The workaround from a modeling perspective only, not analytical, is presented below. 

Use Multi-Column Pier with a single column to represent a wall.

Make Footing dimensions (length x width) similar to wall dimensions. Keep Footing height or thickness at 1".

Modify Pile Embedment length to negative value and extend it into cap traversing entire length of Column.

Update Total Pile length, accounting for large embedment length.
