Problem Description

Following warning message is appearing when we change the height of existing Boolean subtraction from PS Properties of the element.

*WARNING Subtraction body empty or invalid

Steps to resolve

Please follow the below steps to resolve this.

1. Go to the PS Properties of the slab mentioned in the Message Center dialog and delete all the Subtract bodies, in this case, 2 Subtract bodies. Then save the file and reopen it to check whether these messages will reappear or not. This time these messages will not appear as we have deleted the subtract bodies.

2. Now, use the Smartline to complete the inner polygon as per the inner modifications.

3. Open the Element Modification dialog, use the 2^nd button (as shown in the below image) to cut the slab, first select the slab and then select polygon. Then you can Hide the inner trimmed slab.

4. To check whether this issue got resolved or not, please save the file, close it and reopen it, and then open the Message Center. I hope when you open it you will not see any warning messages now.

In this way, we can get rid of these messages.
