Form OpenRoads Designer the terrain model can be exported to following file formats,

• GEOPAK (TIN)
• InRoads (DTM)
• MX (FIL)
• MX genio (.txt) (.inp)
• LandXML

To access the tool go to, 

Terrain > Miscellaneous > Export to File
