This video demonstrates the steps to add a "North" symbol to the Plan - Profile sheets in OpenRoads Designer. There are a number of cell libraries provided in OpenRoads Designer for other sheet properties as well, like, Scale bar, Bench marks, etc. The same cell library technique needs to be used to apply sheet boundary.
