Question:

It appears that the Activate Map function on InRoads is not functioning in MicroStation V08.11.09.608 and Map V08.11.09.107. I can click the activate button and the content appears to switch but not all the tools function. Specifically key in "GPS DIALOG" or the Geographic Coordinate System Dialog.

Answer:

Launch the product from the delivered workspace versus managed workspace. Troubleshoot managed workspace by commenting out custom entries.
