Steps to repeat,. 

  1. Open attached model in AutoPIPE Vessel 43.01.01.011
  2. Select and Delete Nozzle N1, keep an eye on the baffles. 
  3. Notice that after the nozzle is deleted, the baffles are also deleted. 

Answer: 

This is not an issue, the Shell Inlet Nozzle is needed to locate the bundle tube (longitudinal view)
The location of Baffles depends on the location of the Nozzle Inlet.
When you move the Nozzle then the baffles move too.
If you delete the Nozzle Inlet and then recreate a Nozzle Inlet, you just have to reset/compute the baffle layout (see Longitudinal view in Bundle Dialog)
