Question:

How do I adjust the grid for my profile and also shift my plan above my profile?

Solution:

To adjust the grid for your profile, increase your Profile Height on the Profile Controls tap.  To shift your plan,
increase your Plan Y on the View Layout tab. This value is multiplied by the scale within the View Layout tab.
