• If the DWG in question was opened in a newer version of AutoCAD that is not being used with Promis.e, use that version of AutoCAD to open the DWG file again and save it back to the DWG format compatible with the AutoCAD being used with Promis.e.

  • Symbol, macro, and title block DWG files are located in catalog folders specified on [[Setup]] > Catalog Paths.

  • Page template files are typically located in the "\Templates\Page" subfolder of the [[promis-e Data folder]].  Check [[Setup]] > System Paths to verify this location.
