Is there a way to shorten the feature name being annotated when I run the Annotate Cross Sections command?

Answer:

By default, features in a cross section are annotated with Feature Name included the corridor name and the object name. As this is typically a long name, the ability to annotate the corridor features based on the feature definition feature name prefix was added. This functionality requires adding the following config variable is added:

CIVIL_CROSSSECTION_ANNOTATE_FEATURENAME_PREFIX=1
