P represents the PLASTIC HINGE LOCATIONS -->

                              @ COLUMN TOP --> Cap Column joint

                              @ COLUMN BOTTOM  --> Column base.

F represents the Flexural/Shear CAP Design -->  @ FACE OF SUPPORT.
