Explanation

This can happen during the loader stage 2, especially if you've had errors about table hhinv_load_3 not existing.

How to Resolve

1. Log onto SQL*Plus as the Highways owner
2. Run the following command, replacing <username> with the username of the person trying to do the load: SQL> alter user <username> quota unlimited on hhinv_load_3_space;
3. Use fastpath as the person trying to do the load and run module MAICLINV
