When you are in the Beam Definition dialog and you do not see AISC14-S and AISC14-W when you click on the drop down arrow there could be some installation issue. We have seen this happen when SPC catalog is not active or missing.

Try the following:
- Open Services dialog and make sure you see “Bentley Property Catalog Service” and is set to Automatic. You can try to Stop and Start the service. If you don’t see it this means the SPC catalog service is not running/missing.

- You can also open “C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Engineering\SPC Server v8i SS4\Tools" folder to make sure this exists. If you don’t see this folder, you will need to re-install OBM.

- You could also check in Control Panel > Program and Features to see if you have Bentley SPC Server v8i SS4 exists.

You will need to re-install OpenBridge if you see any issues in any of the three.
