Answer:

Roadway Designer, in SELECTseries 2, is available in: InRoads, InRoads Suite, Rail Track Suite, Rail Track, Bridge, Power Civil, Power InRoads and Power Rail Track. The Roadway Designer command is not available in: InRoads Site Suite, Site, Storm & Sanitary, Survey, Power Survey or Power Site.
