Explanation

Undetermined. The software, perhaps due to insufficient permissions of the user, may be unable to update catalog.mdb files or specific .ini files that indicate whether a refresh was completed.

How to Avoid

1. Open the InstallerOption.ini file using a text editor such as Notepad.  This file would be located in the "Config" subfolder of the [[Program data folder - promis.e|Program Data folder (for promis.e)]] or [[Program data folder - Substation|Program Data folder (for Substation)]].

2. Change the value for UpdateExistFolders from "1" to "0" (zero).

3. Save and close the file.

4. Start the software.
