Connection dialogs not appearing.

Background

When creating a connection the dialog for the connection is not appearing.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Open Global Settings or Options dialog by holding right-click and then select Options from the context menu.

2. Now, go to the Loglinks page and check on "Create active logical links".
