Question: How do I remove points from terrain but keep them in drawing (Not to delete)

Answer: You can set the Terrain Model Attribute to "Do Not Include". You can follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open and pin your property window

Step 2: Select the point which you want to remove or not want to include.

Step 3: Go to property tab > Point Feature > Terrain Model Attribute and set it to "Do Not Include"
